Kia Syros EV Bookings Open in Nepal at Rs 37.90 Lakh

Kia Nepal has opened bookings for the Syros EV ahead of its official launch in Nepal.

The Syros EV has been priced at Rs 37.90 lakh, while the first 100 customers booking the vehicle during the ongoing NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 can avail it at a special introductory price of Rs 35.90 lakh. The electric SUV will be available in the HTK variant in Nepal.

The Syros EV is powered by a 42 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery pack, producing 99 kW (135 PS) and 255 Nm of torque. It offers a claimed driving range of 443 km under the MIDC testing cycle and supports CCS2 charging.

The exterior features Kia’s Digital Tiger Face, Star Map LED DRLs, Ice Cube LED headlamps, Star Map LED tail lamps and 16-inch dual-tone aero alloy wheels. Inside, the HTK variant gets dual 12.3-inch displays, a 5-inch touchscreen for climate control, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a four-speaker audio system with two tweeters.

Other features include shift-by-wire, paddle shifters for i-Pedal and regenerative braking, Eco/Normal/Sport drive modes, an electric parking brake with auto hold and four USB-C ports.

The Syros EV uses MacPherson struts at the front and a coupled torsion beam axle at the rear, with disc brakes on all four wheels. The HTK variant is equipped with 215/60 R16 tyres.

Safety features include six airbags, ABS with Brake Assist, Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, Hill-start Assist, Emergency Stop Signal and TPMS. It also gets rear parking sensors, three-point seat belts with reminders, ISOFIX anchors, rear occupant alert and rollover sensors.
